Where are my backups stored?
In the Netherlands, on axnet's own infrastructure, in the same datacenter as the machines: EU-NL-1, Amsterdam region.
How is a snapshot different from a backup?
A snapshot takes the machine back to an earlier moment. A backup is a daily copy, in the Netherlands, from which you can also restore single files.
How many snapshots can I take?
Up to 3 per machine, €0.04 per GB per month, excl. VAT.
Can I attach a volume to another machine?
Yes, to a machine of the same type. VM volumes and container volumes are not interchangeable.
