About invoices and payment.
How is billing done?
Monthly in advance. Created or upsized during a month: by the day to the end of that month. Deleted or downsized: no refund, the paid month runs out.
What does a year cost?
12 months for the price of 11, in advance. Cancelling, deleting or switching provider within the year: the subscription runs to the end of the paid year, without a refund.
How do I pay?
With a payment mandate through Mollie. The first payment is made with iDEAL | Wero or a card.
What invoices do I get?
Every invoice comes with UBL (Peppol).
Who can sign up?
Businesses. In the Netherlands with a KvK number (21% VAT), in the EU with a VAT number checked in VIES (reverse charge). Outside the EU: through sales@axnet.nl.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT.
