Storage in your browser
If you hide the start bar on the home page, your browser remembers that until you close the tab (sessionStorage, ax-sticky-cta). That storage is functional and requested by you, so it needs no consent (Dutch Telecommunications Act, art. 11.7a(3)).
Against spam, the forms have your browser do a small calculation. axnet.nl stores nothing in your browser for it; only the result goes with your message. That is needed to send your message, so it needs no consent (Dutch Telecommunications Act, art. 11.7a(3)).
Statistics
axnet.nl does not count visits with scripts, its own or third parties’. The web server keeps short logs only; see the privacy statement.
Console
console.axnet.nl needs storage in your browser to sign you in and secure your session. That storage is strictly necessary, so it needs no consent (Dutch Telecommunications Act, art. 11.7a(3)).
Changes
Should axnet.nl ever place cookies that need consent, axnet will ask for your consent first and update this statement.
