Who can become a customer?

Businesses. In the Netherlands with a KvK number, in the EU with a VAT number (checked in VIES). Outside the EU: through sales.

Do prices include VAT?

No. In the Netherlands 21% VAT is added; in the EU with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged.

Is yearly cheaper?

Yes: 12 months for the price of 11. No refund on cancelling, deleting or switching provider mid-term; the subscription runs to the end of the paid year.

How do I pay?

With a payment mandate through Mollie. The first payment is made with iDEAL | Wero or a card.

What is the difference between Compute and Containers?

Compute: virtual machines with dedicated vCPU. Containers: unprivileged, with shared vCPU. Your own ISO, Windows and cloud-init only on Compute.

Do I get an IPv4 address?

Every machine has its own IPv6 /64. A dedicated IPv4 address (1:1) is optional: €4.00 per month, while stock lasts.

Network
Can a machine with only IPv6 reach GitHub?

No. GitHub and other IPv4-only services are out of reach then. Add a dedicated IPv4 address for them.

Where is my data?

Machines and volumes on servers in the Netherlands: EU-⁠NL-⁠1, Amsterdam region. Backups in the Netherlands too.
